Freedom begins with knowing where your money goes.
No bank logins. No manual entry. One Gmail rule forwards your bank alerts to us, we read each one into a transaction, and you file it with a single tap. Nothing else leaves your inbox, and we delete the forwarded emails after reading them.
Three steps to set up, one tap to keep up
You decide what reaches us
There is no bank connection to authorize. You write one Gmail rule, naming your bank as the only sender allowed through. Everything else in your inbox stays where it is, and you can switch the rule off in Gmail at any time without asking us.
One tap per purchase
Each parsed transaction arrives in a review queue with a suggested category. Accept it or pick another. Every category shows what is left before you commit.
Limits that stay honest
Set a monthly limit per category. Going over turns the row red and nothing else. No lectures, no blocking, no streaks to lose.
Today it reads BCA. More banks are on the way.
We would rather support one bank properly than ten badly, so BCA notification emails are the only ones we parse right now. Other banks and e-wallets are being added one at a time, and none of them will ever ask you to connect an account.
Debit and credit card alerts, QRIS payments and transfers, parsed automatically from the email BCA already sends you.
Each bank formats its emails differently, so each one takes its own work. Tell us which you use and it moves up the list.
Not on BCA? Ask and we will let you know when yours is ready.
Hi, I'm Praditya.
I built snapntapp because I wanted to see my own spending clearly, month after month, across every account and card I use. Keeping that picture up to date by hand never lasted more than a few weeks.
So I automated the part that always broke: the recording. Transactions arrive on their own, and all that is left for me to do is one tap. Consistency stopped depending on my discipline.
I hope snapntapp gives you the same footing with your own money.
Start with the emails you already ignore.
Setup takes about four minutes: create an account, copy your forwarding address, add one Gmail filter.
